Job description:

• Accounting and daily control of payments made by customers
• Control of warehouse balance, reconciliation of warehouse balances and preparation of reports on movement of goods;
• Control of the correctness of movement of goods in the 1C program make;
• Entering and checking the approved prices of goods in the 1C program;
• Processing of all daily transactions (purchase, sale, warehouse, production, personnel) in the 1C Operating system, checking that the processed data are correctly entered into the accounting accounts;
• Reconciliation of warehouse balances and preparation of reports on movement of goods;
• Timely execution of management tasks;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Ability to work with documents, excellent knowledge in 1C and MS Office programs;
• Careful, responsible, ability to work with a team;
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in the Azerbaijani language (those who know Russian and English languages ​​will be preferred);

Working conditions:

• Salary: 500-600 AZN (will be determined based on the knowledge and skills of the candidate)
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
